Associated Sweeps Reedy Truck Race

Associated Sweeps Reedy Truck Race

Team Associated’s Ryan Maifield took home the Factory Modified win with his T4 with a pair of second-place finishes and one win in the triple A-Mains. Ryan Cavalieri nabbed second, and Jared Tebo took third, all wheeling Factory Team T4’s. Tebo won the Factory Gas Truck class to no one’s surprise, but he did have to work a little harder than normal to pass teammates Ryan Cavalieri and Maifield for the win. Cavalieri TQ’d gas truck, but unfortunately was out of the race with mechanical trouble for the final 20 minutes of the 45-minute A-Main. Maifield took second and Team Losi/Trinity’s Adam Drake rolled across the line in third.

Totally Swede!

Totally Swede!

This just in from Team Orion:
"The 2005 Swedish Championship took place in Eskilstuna, Sweden and was attended by all of Sweden’s top Touring Car drivers. Swedish racing star and Team Orion factory driver, Magnus Vassmar, dominated three of the five qualifying rounds and captured TQ honors, giving him the pole position for the main event. Magnus drove his Revolution V2 12x1 Touring edition motor and V-Max Plus RDS GP3300 SP2 battery powered Schumacher MI2 into victory lane three times during the finals, taking the overall victory and winning the 2005 Swedish Championships Title. Vassmar used Team Orion’s Advantage Charger, Hard JB Wheels and JB Foam Blue Thin tire inserts to win the championship."
