PRO SCALE DESIGN

Only Traxxas Pro Scale combines pro-level performance with the look and feel of a real Ford Raptor R. The Traxxas Raptor R stops the show with a Ford-licensed body and molded replica parts for maximum scale authenticity. Velineon® brushless horsepower and an extreme heavy duty 4WD driveline give Raptor R performance credentials to match its stunning looks.

EXTREME HEAVY DUTY UPGRADES

The Extreme Heavy Duty Upgrade Kit comes pre-installed on Raptor R to withstand the brutal punishment of high-power brushless systems. Raptor R’s driveshafts and suspension components are beefed up with extra material and overbuilt construction to form a nearly indestructible driveline.

CLIPLESS BODY MOUNTING

High-flying stunts and 60+ mph desert speed runs won’t upset Raptor R’s tough clipless body. Locking tabs hold the body tightly, but release in just seconds to access the chassis. Raptor R’s hidden latching system maximizes convenience and scale realism by removing traditional body clips which would interrupt the body’s clean lines.

MOLDED SCALE DETAILS

Raptor R sets the standard for scale detail with injection-molded parts for enhanced realism. Unique front and rear bumpers integrate neatly with the body for a clean look and strong impact resistance. The deep-inset front grille features bold Ford lettering and replica marker lights. Tough side mirrors, a hood vent, and rear tailgate panel complete the package.

Larger Diameter BFGoodrich® Tires

Oversize BFGoodrich® All-Terrain T/A® KO2 are 5mm taller than standard Slash tires to replicate look and stance of the full-size Raptor R’s meaty 37″ treads. The replica Ford option wheels with beadlock trim feature the same 2.2″ outer and 3″ inner diameter as conventional short course truck wheels.

Molded Body Reinforcements

Raptor R’s clipless body latches are neatly integrated into molded body reinforcements that look great and protect the body. Unlike traditional posts and clips, Raptor R’s body reinforcements spread impact forces over a wide area to minimize the risk of pull-through damage.

Impact Absorbing Bumpers

Raptor R’s front and rear bumpers look as good as they perform. In addition to their integrated LED lighting, the bumpers are built Traxxas-Tough™ to absorb impact damage and give the truck a menacing stance.

4mm Steel Turnbuckles

Raptor R uses the same steel 4 mm turnbuckles developed for the Slash® 4X4. Broad flat sections make toe and camber adjustments easy with the included wrench. The fully captured rod ends take a beating and won’t pop apart during rigorous off-road pounding.

Ultra-Shocks

Oil-filled Ultra Shocks™ utilize dual X-ring technology for a perfect seal and silky-smooth performance. The large oil capacity and rugged design soaks up big jumps and off-road abuse for smooth driving performance. They are easy to tune with a wide range of available oils, springs, and pistons.

Extreme-Duty Suspension Components

Raptor R comes outfitted with the Extreme Heavy Duty Upgrade Kit already installed for ultimate strength and durability. The axle carriers C-hubs, and steering blocks are beefed up with more material and stronger construction.

Fixed Gear Adapter

Fixed gear adapters take the guesswork out of setting your gear mesh. The fixed positioning keeps the gear mesh tight, even after the harshest landings. The innovative motor mount keeps the Velineon motor locked firmly in place with just a single screw for easy maintenance.

Velineon 3500 Motor

5-Channel Receiver with Failsafe

The TQi 2.4 GHz radio system stores up to thirty models in memory, allowing you to use one transmitter for your entire RC garage. In the event of signal loss, the receiver automatically returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last steering position.

Progressive Rate Springs
