EKANUS, a new body for 1/10 Drag racing

A single body designed in such a way that it can be used both in ‘No Prep Street Street’ configuration with GT-style wing and also in a more extreme version with maxi rear wing for the ‘No Prep Street Outlaw’ category.

Product Features

The body shell was designed on AE DR10 chassis but can also be mounted on Losi 22S chassis No Prep Drag, Traxxas Slash* 2wd Drag Car & Traxxas Drag Slash 1/10.

• Made with high quality and genuine polycarbonate Lexan®, 1mm thick
• Included in the kit is a complete set of screws, nuts and washers necessary for correct fixing of the additional parts
• The additional front splitter and rear GT wing are also supplied with the body shell
• * for installation on Slash™ 2wd chassis it is necessary to purchase the following Traxxas codes to modify your model and make it suitable for the body shell: # 2531X, # 3636, # 2750R, # 2432, # 2444, # 2437, # 3740, # 2445, # 2443, shortened rear drive shafts and remove the front bumper
• Specs: length 640mm only the body OR 710mm with the front splitter and rear wing mounted, width 280mm, height 164mm
• Wheelbase: 330mm
• Sold clear with protective film outside
• Included in the package a decal sheet pre-cut and the windows mask

EKANUS ‘No Prep Street’ version

During the design process, we thought about every possible detail and this led us to create parts that complete the ‘Street’ look of the EKANUS and that only we offer included in the sales kit.

These accessories are INCLUDED with the body:

• Upper rear wing to give the bodywork aesthetic realism and increased aerodynamic load
• Front splitter for an even more aggressive racing look and greater steering directionality

EKANUS ‘No Prep Outlaw’ version

Thanks to meticulous design, we also offer, as an optional, a huge wing specifically designed and engineered to transform the body from a ‘Street’ to an ‘Outlaw’ category in which aerodynamics can be extreme to maximise the performance.

The Pro-Drag wing (#BDDG-EKAW) is NOT included with the body and must be purchased separately.

The Pro-Drag wing immediately gives the body not only an extreme look, but also significantly improves performance as stability under acceleration is increased thanks to the large side dams that help in the directionality of your model.

In order to respect our quality standards, we have not set any limits and we have realized the EKANUS project with the use of the most advanced graphics and Cad design; this process guarantees a perfect execution of the forms and details that high-tech machinery realize with 5-axis CNC milling machines.
