Further Description/Back Story Growing up reading RC Car Action Magazine an issue that always stuck in my mind was the January 1989 issue which featured a review of the MRP High Roller. Seeing that the truck had a "bath tub" style chassis and sealed tire and wheel system seemed so awesome. After many years of searching for a pristine model I finally obtained this one from a friend. It is mint in every aspect, and was fully functional. Collectors of these will tell you that they are often plagued with faulty transmissions gears, dry rotted tires, cracked tubs etc. While this mint example carried a 4 digit price tag, I felt compelled to relive my childhood of reading about it floating. So into the pool it went….and it didn't sink.
