Further Description/Back Story | I wanted to refresh my Hammer to make it look TOTALLY different. I found a Tamiya bug body on Ebay and a new bare chassis of some other brand similar car and robbed the lime green roll cage and rear end support rods from it. I also found some slightly brown toned Austar aluminum wheels. I decided to come up with a paint color scheme around the brown and lime. I hunted for lime paint that was close and went with a tan and brown to finish it off. I made me think of the Root Beer color on my friends 57 Chevy so I named it the Root Beer Float since the tan was sort of French vanilla ice cream color. I cut the Root Beer Float from neon vinyl to set it off. |
