From Team Yokomo:
A new complete kit produced by Team Yokomo’s competition brand “Teams” is now available!
While based on the RX motor layout with high rear traction, the front trace feeling is secured by using the main chassis of Teams. Response Not only sharp swing, but also control performance during cornering is improved.
Full tuned SLF big bore shock, sticking to teams taper shock pistons, titanium-coated shock shafts, high-grade O-rings, etc. are used and combined with the latest drift springs to create a smooth and competitive suspension. In addition, it is equipped with a brass rear suspension mount that enhances rear traction, a weight-integrated bulkhead that reduces the weight of the front, and a lightweight slide rack, and is designed with consideration for weight balance.
The lineup includes three colors, black, red, and purple, as usual.
The base is the rear motor RX, which makes use of the rear traction to enhance the fighting power.
Consideration is given to weight reduction around the front. In addition to the graphite bumper / brace, the aluminum integrated bulkhead is also a lightweight type that has been milled.
In addition, lightweight slide rack rails that have been lightly processed and rod end adapters for suspension arms are also standard equipment.
The main chassis is of course the Teams lightweight high traction chassis. With the rear traction of RX as a weapon, the balance is also conscious of the load on the front and emphasizes response and trace accuracy.
Team drivers recommend vertical battery stacking on P-tile roads. It is well-balanced with roll motion and enables sharp cornering.
A heavy brass suspension mount is used for the rear suspension arm mount to ensure sufficient acceleration traction.
The damper, which is the key to the suspension tune, is fully tuned with a fluororubber diaphragm and O-ring, a titanium-coated shock shaft, and a Teams taper piston. It has both lightness and stability.
The spring also adopts the all-round type of front direct D-177FA and rear side grip D-179RA exclusively for drift, and finishes in a competitive balance.
