Fans of the show Street Outlaws will recognize Daniel Porter’s tribute to Daddy Dave Comstock’s Goliath 2.0 Nova. After a scary 6-barrel-roll crash destroyed the original Goliath Comstock rebuilt it with a ProCharger-blown big block, making the famous Chevy faster than ever. Daniel simulated it with a JConcepts ’66 Nova body on a RWD Slash chassis. He recreated the car’s decals with a vinyl cut graphics and selected a set of wheels that look accurate to the original. He borrowed a set of zoomies off a Traxxas funny car and bought a wheelie bar RCRI. For power he selected a Poseidon 3300kv motor with a Team Orion speed control, which he mounted on a homemade carbon fiber mount along with a Sense Innovations ESS-One sound unit. He even 3D-printed the ProCharger jutting through the grille.
