TTR Ripper Pro Clod Buster [READER’S RIDE]

TTR Ripper Pro Clod Buster [READER’S RIDE]

Justin Chaffin credits his friend James Merrill with helping him bring his vision for a shaft-driven Thunder Tech Racing Ripper Pro to life. James machined a mount for the SCX10 transmission along with aluminum upper links and new cross-members to widen the chassis. He also added TTR’s delrin with carbon fiber lower links. Castle Creations SV3 5700kV system moves this monster through a transmission beefed up with Robinson Racing steel gears. The Axial Wraith axles are reinforced with Beef Tubes and a slew of Boom Racing upgrades. The body is a replica of Jimmy Creten’s Chris Kyle memorial Bounty Hunter body.
