Team Orion Matrix foam tires

RC Car Action - RC Cars & Trucks | Team Orion Matrix foam tires

New from Orion:

The Team Orion Matrix foam tires are developed by World Champion Adrien Bertin for best performance in 1/8 scale racing. Available are foams in 32, 35, 37 and 40 shore front and rear. The new tires feature the exclusive Adjustable Rim Hardness System (ARS) and aerodynamic wheel covers.

High quality foam

As the tires connect the car with the ground, they are the most important part of a racing car. In close collaboration with Matrix, Adrien selected the best foam compounds for his tires.

Adjustable Rim Hardness System (ARS)

The second important part of the car are the wheels: for the first time you can get in touch with the unique Adjustable Rim Hardness System which is included in every set of tires. It can be installed with the 3 anodized alloy screws on the rear wheels. Adrien uses this setup on high traction tracks to get more steering and higher corner speed.

Aerodynamic wheel covers

Four wheel covers are delivered with the tires. To get the most grip and speed out of your car, Adrien recommends to install the covers on the front and rear wheels. If you need more steering, just install the front covers.

Adrien’s statement to the new tires:

“For me, these tires are the best choice for my racing needs. With the aerodynamic wheel covers and the ARS system it is possible to adapt the car to every racing condition. What I use the most: aerodynamic wheel covers front and rear.”
