As a contribution to our sport, I present to you an Instructional video on How-To sharpen CNC props with a rotary tool. This is a simple way that will get you started!

Please note a few things. Our CNC props absolutely do not Need sharpening. It just enhances performance. Almost Guaranteed 2mph gain.

This procedure is for adults over 18. Not recommended for children.

This procedure can be performed on brass and berylium props, but Not recommended without a well ventilated area with Serious breathing apparatus. Berylium and copper dust are harmful. That is why we sell and recommend CNC aluminum. A surface safe enough to cook and eat off.
