Trinity Spyder Monster Truck

Here’s a close-up Trinity’s all-new nitro-powered Spyder monster truck. The big-block RTR features a .256 cubic-inch engine and comes with an aluminum tuned pipe, has an eight shock suspension, two-speed tranny with reverse, factory-painted body, dual-disc brakes and a shaft starting system. The drivetrain is mounted in a very narrow ladder-style chassis and the center-mounted engine is very low in the chassis to lower the center of gravity for improved handling. A big 170cc fuel tank provides long run times between refills, and on-the-fly fueling via the quick-fill cap means you can run as long as you have fuel. The Spyder fits engines with typical big-block dimensions, so pyscho upgrades like the Sirio .27 engine push speeds from fast to insane. Click Here for more pictures and information.

Trinity Reflex touring car to debut at Reedy Race MAY 2001

We know for certain that Trinity is currently developing electric and nitro touring platforms to be dubbed the Reflex T and Reflex NT. Jim Dieter, Trinity's motor man, accomplished designer, and skilled racer in his own right, is said to be the primary architect of the project (you may remember Trinity used the Reflex name for a Jim Dieter-designed dirt oval car back in the day). It's rumored that ace driver Josh Cyrul will race a test mule at the upcoming Reedy Touring Car Race of Champions. When we get more information on the cars' details, we'll be sure to let you know, but in the meantime Trinity has confirmed that the nitro-powered Reflex will be the first to hit the shelves.
