Aluminium Shock Towers

The RDRP DEX210 Aluminium Front Shock Tower is designed to replace the stock plastic shock stay with a cooler looking and more rigid solution. CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised for a more durable finish the RDRP Front Shock Tower does not break as the kit’s plastic tower and also makes for a more solid and therefore precise base for the shock absorbers. Additionally the inner camber link mounts are more rigid doing away with stripped mounting holes and the change of a DNF after a crash.

CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised for a more durable finish the RDRP Rear Shock Tower does not break as the kit’s plastic tower and also makes for a more solid and therefore precise base for the shock absorbers.

APPLICATION

The RDRP DEX210 Aluminium Rear and Front Shock Tower replaces the kit’s plastic shock stay. The front shock tower weighs only 7 grams more than the Original Kit Plastic Shock Tower. The rear shock tower weighs only 9 grams more than the Original Kit Plastic Shock Tower.

Aluminium Steering PlateThe RDRP DEX210 Aluminium Steering plate replaces the kit’s plastic steering plate with a stronger solution for added rigidity and better looks. The CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium part considerably strengthens the steering assembly for less slop, a more precise steering reaction and less flex, resulting in a rock solid steering feeling and more durability in the event of a crash. The RDRP DEX210 Aluminium Steering Plate comes anodised and laser-etched.

APPLICATION

The RDRP DEX210 Aluminium Steering Plate replaces the kit’s plastic steering plate.

Brass RF Suspension Mount RF 3/3The RDRP DEX210 Brass RF Suspension Mount 3/3 is designed to replace the stock RF 0/3 degree plastic suspension mount with a more rigid and heavier solution. Depending on the motor configuration, battery pack used and also track conditions it can be necessary to add further weight to the rear of the buggy to achieve that perfect weight distribution. Using the RDRP Brass RF Suspension Mount 3/3 gives the rear wishbones an anti-squat of 0 degree and a toe-in of 3 degree and adds 30g of weight to the very end of the buggy which can be an advantage when running the vehicle in mid motor configuration on lower traction surfaces or very bumpy tracks. The block is a drop-fit solution, is easily mounted using the original chassis location holes, is CNC-machined from brass and comes laser-etched for easy identification.

APPLICATION

The RDRP DEX210 Brass RF Suspension Mount 3/3 replaces the kit’s plastic RF 3/3 suspension block.
