Further Description/Back Story | I was tired of having a tank that looked like everyone else's so I added my own flair. I upgraded the transmission to henglongs metal gears and upgraded motor kit. Higher top speed with more power. It's running henglongs Tk6.0 series esc/receiver board powered by a Dynamite 2S liPo. Modified the turret so it could spin a full 360 degrees. Stock it would only turn about 320 degrees and stop. I did a wash over the tank to make it look dirty and worn. The wash didn't look dirty enough so I painted on some mud to the sideskirts and front. Then I looked around for some scale details to add. Coiled wire to mimic barbed wire. Tow ropes made out of some thin cable. Spare roadwheel and sprocket. A few scale weapons and some netting to act as camo net. |
