Further Description/Back Story | After 20 plus years in the hobby, I finally picked a crawler. I bought the Axial Scx 10.3 kit version and started building. I went with the hobbywing 1800kv Fusion system for power, a Xpert 4000 series wp servo. I picked up a warn winch with wireless less remote and put it on it's own battery power 2s 800mah battery. I hand made my rear bumper and BlueLine Rc Fabrication made my front bumper and rock sliders/Skid Plates. It's had 2 bodies on it, the first one I did just wasn't to my liking so, I bought a new one and painted a tribute body to honor the unit I served with in Iraq during Iraqi Freedom the 5th Marine Regiment. I'm really enjoying this platform of Rc. Futer plans is some lights, Metal axles and metal drive shafts. |
