Further Description/Back Story | I had an Associated RC10 in the 80’s as a kid, my 10 year old daughter got a 4wd “cheapy” buggy on amazon this past Christmas, and I was surprised how capable(and fun!) it was. Went to a local Hobby shop(Perfomance Hobbies, Webster, NY), and bought a Arma Senton Mega, and was bitten. Built a full size track in a ravine behind my house, and checked out the local race track(Makkin Trax), and bought a used Losi SCT22 2.0 on Ebay to hopefully get into racing. Got completely burned, truck was absolute junk. My wife Kristen felt bad and gifted me a budget for a new replacement. I have a bit of a will power problem with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and came up with this idea for the body. The stock kit is way above my skill level, but gets better everyday, and looking forward to my 1st race this summer. |
