Further Description/Back Story | Wanted a revo again since having one about 10 years back. I couldn't decide on a package to buy and decided I wanted to convert it to electric for a little easier clean up and storage. I was told the chassis was a Vantage racing revo 3.3 chassis when I purchased the truck as a roller and took the guys word for it. I have been out of the revo world for a while and well I should have looked closer. Come to find out its the 2.5 version. Regardless after some much tlc this beast was born. Entire teardown and fresh rebuild of everything as it was all seized from rust. Some of the links were rusted so some custom carbon ones were made up. Still slowly adding parts and have 17mm hexes lined up just debating on wheels and tires. The color scheme I am shooting g for is black and green with a custom painted spektrum radio in the mix |
