Further Description/Back Story I got into fifth scale last summer with a Dbxle 2.0. I fell in love with this car . It could handle as much power as I gave it and was an absolute blast to drive. So down the line I decided to take a stab at building the King of 5th scale . The Losi 5ive. I waited for DDM to re stock them and was able to pic one up November 2020. I slowly built this vehicle over the next few months paying attention to all the small details. Upgraded parts where they were needed and skipped the excess amount of billet aluminum some of these builds have. I wanted function and form. Theres an old saying about aircraft from ww2. They said if it looks good it performs good. I kept this in mind everytime I worked on it. Piecing together the best parts but keeping enough of the plastic in the suspension and running gear to keep it light, shes powerful and strong. Paired with the sensored xlx2/1100 this car is a dream to drive. It has as much power as you could ever need on the track and operates as smooth as butter. It really was a build of passion for the hobby. I hope it inspires others to build clean, high powered functional builds in the future! Thanks for taking the time to read this .
