Further Description/Back Story | I have been into RC cars & boats since the mid 80s. I've always loved sportbikes, especially Kawasakis and remembered seeing these in the Tower Hobbies catalog as a kid. It just seemed natural to build a Kwasaki AMA Superbike(Scott Russell? Mr. Daytona?). This has been a fun build and a different driving experience. There is a learning curve to drive these. Kyosho is the only RC bike with a moving rider and this kind of scale detail. My 18 year old son Will, also built one along with me. He chose the Suzuki RGV and it matches his full size Honda CBR. |
