The compact battery brace is great component for the racer that wants the precise fit for a specific battery and the low-profile and neat installation using screw-down type fasteners. The item is being offered in the Shapeways store as an early option to team drivers and consumers racing the Team Associated B6 or B6D.

JConcepts offers a compact battery brace for the B6 | B6D vehicles. The brace itself is designed to fit the Reedy Zapper (27308) battery pack and neatly installs using a screw-down type system to the plastic stand-offs already built into the side-rails of the B6 vehicle. The Low-Profile aspect of this brace allows for more clearance between the body, brace and fastening system while being an adjustable and light-weight alternative to the stock unit.

Tested by Jason Ruona, the new brace cleans up the installation of the battery while being tightly secured to the chassis using hardware instead of thumb screws or items which become loose over-time.

This brace is designed to fit the #27308 Reedy Zapper LiPo 5400mAh 70C 7.4V Shorty.
