IIC 2011 – Inside the A-main Winning Cars

Preparing for a big race like the IIC takes a lot of work and preparation. Top factory racers spend months testing their cars with different set-ups, and every possible hop-up and prototype parts to ultimately culminate into what you see on race day. As a spectator, your are amazed at the blinding speeds and precision these RC cars can go. Taking a peek inside these high caliber cars is always a rare treat, and I was privileged enough to be able to photograph these winning rides. Here are the winning cars of Yokomo’s Naoto Matsuskura from Japan, Associated’s Mike Blackstock from U.S.A., Hot Bodies Atsushi Hara from Japan, and CEFX’s Josh Cyrul from U.S.A..
