If you like to dead-short your packs, Novak's new discharge tray will do the job much more safely and conveniently than the old solder-a-wire-across-the-tabs method. The Flatline rig discharges at a rate of 2.7 amps, and can completely discharge a pack to 0 volts using Novak’s Individual Cell Monitoring Circuitry, which discharges the cells individually.
