Biggest in RC: Quarter-Scale Oval Action

If there’s one segment of RC that’s still reserved for the hardest of hardcore, it’s quarter-scale racing. Just about big enough to ride on, built just like full-size race cars, and definitely not RTR (or cheap), these massive machines are the ultimate RC cars. Watch them go left in Stock Car, East Coast Modified, and Outlaw Sprinter styles. Serious cars and serious fun.

  1. I have been racing 1/4 scales for over twenty years and it is the most fun I have had any any r/c scale racing. And it is not really all that expensive.

  2. The greatest R/C racing I’ve ever been part of ! Not only is the racing fun but the lifelong friendships I’ve made make it all worth it !

  3. Thanks for the coverage! We believe that quarter scale is one of the most competitive and rewarding forms of RC. QSAC, the national sanctioning body has one of the most stable rules packages in the whole sport that promotes competition without spending tons of money on the “tweak of the week”. Yes the initial investment can be a bit higher than some, but it is comparable in cost to building a competition level 1/8 scale buggy or 1/8 on-road car, with actual racing and maintenance costs considerably lower. WCM does offer RTR packages as well.

  4. What a crappy footage. filmed with a potatoe?
stay still buy a tripod and do NOT zoom.

  5. Very cool! For more information go to
