AKA and Jared Tebo Dominate 2011 Nitro Challenge

AKA would like to congratulate Jareb Tebo on another amazing result with his Orion Powered Kyosho buggy and truggy. Jared Tebo first put the competition on notice by taking TQ in Pro Truggy closely followed by fellow AKA teammate and current World Champion Cody King. Jared went on the next day to also take the Pro Buggy TQ spot in convincing fashion by taking the first two rounds with 10 lap runs. Jared had two of the three 10 lap runs in Pro Buggy at the event.

In the Pro Truggy main it was all Jared Tebo as he led from the start and never looked back only swapping the lead during pit stops as the hour main unfolded. In the the Pro Buggy main Jared was knocked back to tenth on the second lap and within the next 20 laps was right back in the lead where he would stay for the next 45 minutes. Jared was followed by Team Losi/NVision driver Mike Truhe running AKA tires and AKA driver and current World Champion Cody King in third.

Jared ran GRIDIRON soft tires to take the win and TQ in Pro Truggy and GRIDIRON SS in Pro Buggy to take the TQ and win

AKA also had great results in the other classes run by taking the win in Open Truggy with driver David Green on CITYBLOCK Softs and Pro SC 4WD with driver Casey Peck running ENDURO SS.
