400hp Corvette converted to RC — and its street legal!

This Dutch dude converted his daily driver Corvette to RC, but its still street-legal. And unlike other RC conversions we’ve seen, Bjorn Harms actually uses the throttle to do more than putt-putt around!

The guy’s name is “Harms” and he has 400 horsepower under a heavy trigger finger.
