WHY ARE WE NOT RACING THESE?

WHY ARE WE NOT RACING THESE?

I hereby proclaim that we all need to be racing Tamiya Honda City Turbos. There’s nothing remotely race-worthy about it (heck, it’s designed to do wheelies), which is why I want to race it. Spec-class style of course, just build it box stock and race it. OK, you can add bearings, but that’s it. How rad would ten of these look, wheelie-ing off the start line? Race action would probably look more like Mario Kart than ROAR Nats–it would be like spec-Slash racing when it first got going, but on-road, which means any shop could put a track together in the parking lot. And since the Honda City is only good for about 18mph, that track could be pretty small.

Would I be the only one on the start line, or would you guys join me for some wheelie-popping, low-dollar, no-pressure racing?
