So you want bigger tires for that long arm lift kit? Traxxas thought about that too. You can now get a 2.2-inch version of their Canyon tires to give the truck even more ground clearance. Also available are new beadlock Method Race Wheels in 2.2 and 1.9-inch sizes. They feature a durable composite center and functional aluminum beadlock rings.

Traxxas hasn’t offered a true build-it-yourself kit since they went 100% RTR circa 1999. The TRX-4 breaks that streak! It’s not totally DIY though; Traxxas builds the shocks and linkages for you, and unlike most kits, electronics are included with a TQi radio and XL-5HV power system right in the box.
