The same successful Puck™ / bi-metal aluminum drivetrain that MIP is known for has been manufactured, tested, and proven for the AE B64 platform! This all in one kit comes with everything needed to effectively lighten the front, center, and rear drivetrain components by a whopping 36 grams, equating to an impressive 50% weight reduction of the vehicles OEM steel drive components! This MIP package will effectively increase acceleration and reduce motor fatigue throughout the run giving you a direct advantage on the competition. All components in the kit are manufactured 100% in the USA and made with the highest grade 7075-T6 aluminum and American tool steel offered. And of course all metal components are either heat treated (steel) or hard anodized (aluminum) to increase overall hardness to improve wear and ensure part longevity. Also to add some accolades to this particular system, MIP’s Matt Olson was successfully able to TQ the Desert Classic 2017 and TQ/Win April Fools 2017 with his prototype MIP Puck™ drive equipped AE B64D.
