2016 JMRCA 1/10 EP Off-Road Nationals: Kyosho Dominates

Held on November 4-6, the JMRCA Championships is Japan’s equivalent to our ROAR Nationals, and let’s everyone know who’s on form in Japan. Interestingly, like the IFMAR Worlds last year, the electric off-road race was held on Astro-turf at World Famous Yatabe Arena with a competitive field of drivers. A big difference is that they only race 2WD and 4WD buggies, so no short-course, stadium truck, etc.- sorry guys. The weekend saw lots of action, but it was the Kyosho drivers who put on a dominating performance grabbing the majority of podium spots in both classes and leaving the Yokomo drivers to fill the rest.

Rounding out the podium, was legendary racer Atsushi Hara driving his Yokomo buggy and showing everyone that his skills are still a force to be reckoned with.
