Do You Race Mini-Zs? You’ll Want To When You See These Tracks [VIDEO]

Do You Race Mini-Zs? You’ll Want To When You See These Tracks [VIDEO]

We’re loving these layouts, they’re like slot tracks minus the slots–and one appears to actually be a converted slot track. The Mini-Z’s 1/27 scale size lets you pack a lot of track into a small space, and the quick Kyosho cars are detailed enough to pose as fine static models when they’re not in action. But driving’s more fun, especially if you have access to tracks like these.

Bonus points for the elevated layout. This track is in Japan’s famous Akihabara district, known as Japan’s electronics center.

Is this a slot conversion? It looks like it. We’re cool with slots, but we’d rather race RC so we can play with our cars off the track too.

We saved the best for last. FYI, this clip displays “the S-word” in it’s titles. Don’t click if the mild swear is a problem for you.
