Lightweight LiPo: Trinity XL Titanium

Jul 01, 2014 No Comments by

Trinity‘s XL Titanium pack is all about low weight and a small footprint. Even if your car is already underweight, a lightweight battery is a good idea. Why? Because the weight you add to reach the minimum can be installed where it best suits handling, rather than lumped with the battery. Likewise, the smaller a pack is, the more range you have for positioning it fore and aft on the chassis to tune weight distribution. And if you’re not racing, a lightweight battery simply means there’s less heft for your power system to accelerate and decelerate, so you get better performance.  It’s physics, people!
