Vattera Goes Rally With Rockstar Ford Fiesta RallyCross

Vattera Goes Rally With Rockstar Ford Fiesta RallyCross

Vaterra is officially in the rally game with the new Ford Fiesta RallyCross, which will arrive in Rockstar colors fully RTR minus a battery. You can strap in a 3S LiPo if you want to go big (over 55mph, says Vaterra), the Dynamite Fuze 3300KV brushless setup can take the juice. And since the RallyCross is AVC-equipped, you’ll be able to put the power down even if you don’t have razor-sharp driving skills. The car is based on the Raptor and Halix, so expect plenty of 4WD fun. Full specs and official Vaterra hype after the pics and video.

This authentic recreation of the Rockstar Ford Fiesta combines a proven 4WD chassis with the punch of a Dynamite® brushless power system that can catapult it to 55+ mph in the blink of an eye. Helping you harness this explosive acceleration is Spektrum AVC™ (Active Vehicle Control™) technology that makes hundreds of steering and throttle corrections per second so you can tear it up, on-road or off, without ever holding back. No other 1/10-scale rallycross car at any price delivers so much realism and performance, right out of the box.

Spektrum™ SRS4200 Receiver with AVC Technology

The waterproof SRS4200 combines patent-pending AVC technology with the superb range and signal security of a DSMR™ receiver in a single unit. AVC technology uses sensors and exclusive software to make hundreds of steering and throttle corrections per second so drivers can go faster without having to work as hard to stay in control. A dial on the included DX2E transmitter lets you adjust the amount of AVC stability you want on the fly.

This gives you the freedom to hammer the throttle on slick or bumpy surfaces that would make other brushless rallycross cars almost impossible to control.

Metal Gear VTV™ (Viscous Torque Vectoring) Differentials

The innovative VTV differentials prevent wheel spin on loose surfaces when cornering hard or punching the throttle. Their smooth engagement and consistent feel, along with AVC technology, will give you confidence to run fast on all types of surfaces.

High-Performance Brushless Power System

Revel in the power of a potent Dynamite® 3300Kv 4-pole brushless power system that delivers massive torque and speeds of over 55 mph.**

**Requires optional Dynamite Reaction® Series 11.1V 5000mAh 3S 30C Li-Po Hardcase: EC3™ (DYN9007EC).

Licensed Ford Fiesta Rallycross Body with Rockstar Trim

The body is modeled after the 600 hp, Olsbergs MSE Ford Fiestas that dominate Global Rallycross competition. It includes details like side view mirrors, an accurately modeled racing wing and official badging.

Waterproof Electronics

In addition to the waterproof receiver, the car is equipped with a waterproof speed control and steering servo for driving in the real world, where roads get wet and the weather is often less than perfect.

*For complete details on waterproof standards, please refer to the product instruction manual.

Includes Spektrum DX2E 2.4GHz Transmitter

The DX2E transmitter the car comes with gives you the unbeatable signal security and responsiveness of Spektrum DSMR 2.4GHz technology. It’s compatible with any Spektrum surface receiver so you can use it with other RC vehicles as well.
