The golden California sunshine glowed over the event that weekend, with a slight breeze picking up mid day making it tougher to set any records. But through hard work and determination, Bill prevailed as one of only four records broken that weekend.

In the M-2 mono (1-cell lipo) class, Bill averaged a speed of 45.7mph after two nearly identical passes. The previous record was at 41mph.

Not only did Bill set yet another world record, but he now reigns supreme in the .05 motor classes by holding records in 15 of the 17 classes offered.

“Aww shux! It wasn’t me it was the equipment! My Novak pulse with X-drive system got faster and faster all weekend! If you wanna flash out on your competitors Novak electronics are what you wanna deal with” said Bill.
