JConcepts Illuzion T4.1 And 22T Finnisher Body, Pressure Points For Stadium Truck

JConcepts Illuzion T4.1 And 22T Finnisher Body, Pressure Points For Stadium Truck

JConcepts kicked off the 2012 ROAR Off-Road Nationals with a Finnisher 1/10th truck body for the T4.1 racing truck. The slight cab forward, raked windshield and aggressive stance highlight a performance oriented core. Front chin spoiler, headlight and grill protect the front-end from unwanted up-drafts during flight while the supplied decals stand-out like an 18 wheeler.

Like the ROAR National Champion Hi-Flow SCT body, the T4.1 body has built-in air escape passages which allow the customer to fine-tune the body for maximum outdoor performance. The new body includes the high performance gurney spoiler which increases rear grip and balances the handling characteristics of the aggressively styled body. The Finnisher for the T4.1 is class leading straight out of the package. 1/10th racing is back, JConcepts style.

Features:

  • Original – JConcepts Finnisher design

RC Car Action - RC Cars & Trucks | JConcepts Illuzion T4.1 And 22T Finnisher Body, Pressure Points For Stadium Truck

JConcepts, a leader in 1/10th truck performance, with accredited victories around the world, including ROAR National Championships, has added another piece to its successful racing arsenal. The Pressure Points are the latest low-height tread option specifically designed to tame high-speed courses with either wet or blue groove traction conditions. The design starts as an angular, low pin design as a carryover from the successful Bar Codes front tire line-up. The small “points” combined with “lower case” Y elements developed on the original Bar Codes V1 rear tire provide the ultimate in surface area “pressure” penetration and tack.

The inner carcass and side-wall has built-in ribbing which limits carcass collapse and increases support on the outside during hard cornering and driving. The new inner ribbing, combined with the included JConcepts insert, is a perfect match to provide the ultimate in support, traction and consistency.

In the movies, it’s been said that loose is fast and on the edge of out of control. In our world, loose is slow and off the pace. The Pressure Points are designed to be driven hard while maintaining the grip necessary to drive at the limit. The edges of the side-walls have been carefully rolled for a smooth transition during cornering which limits traction-roll characteristics and allows the driver control during the all important tipping point every driver has experienced.

Just like all JConcepts tires, the Pressure Points are a proven winner. JConcepts driver Taylor Larsen won the 2012 Spring Indoor Nationals in the 1/10th truck class utilizing the Pressure Points in green compound.
