if the tires where changed to the traxxas short course tires, then yes, it be truely realistic.

  2. TamiyaTim says:

Pretty cool, but I wanna see skinny tires/wheels on this thing!!

  3. Billy says:

i just wanna know when it hits the market and when can we race it.

  4. Dylan says:

i wonder when tRaxxas Will make one

    • Mike says:

they won’t I think we all know that unfortuneately, they only start trends, not follow them too bad, maybe if other companies join in this could take over short course as a scale racing class….it has the overall design but a more aerodynamic body….and a wing. Then again it would probably be too much like regular buggies, so well have to see, it may or may not be the next big trend!

      • ray menning says:

i can see traxxas making a trophy truck cus they had one of bj’s truck for the baja 500 but crashed. its seems like traxxas goes full scale then makes an rc version

  5. jason says:

very cool i look foreward to what other companys will come up with another great way to keep it goin good job losi

  6. Homer says:

    Beautyful!
But there’s already a short course buggy from Kyosho, called UltimaDB.
It’s a bit wider but still scale.

  7. nitsua eloc says:

me thinks cool !!!!!! everybody wanted to turn the traxxas slash into a buggy (to mimmick the 1/8 scale looks) and called it the backslash. our local 1/10 scale track prohibited us even driving on the track with them (as they said they were 1/8 scale). This is exactly our argument. if you come out with a truck, people will want a buggy and visa-versa. I think this gives both sides what they want. good job losi, and kyosho for that matter. these are cooler than converting a sc into an an 1/8 scale “apearing” buggy, cuz they have kept the cool factor of scale realism, and will no doubt be funner to drive because of the challenge. rc is not dead, it is full of haters and critics, yes. but that can be said for nearly every hobby. this vehicle looks fun, and thats the point. :)

  8. keith says:

Well said Nitsua I owned many diferant cars that i raced and nothing is as much fun as my Kyosho DB, im so glad to see Losi joining the new class!
