Chris Grainger wins with Mi4LP

So after the Schumacher Off Road boys did it last weekend with the Cougar SV, this weekend made it 1-1 in National victories with the Schumacher On Road team taking the flag at Mendip this weekend with the Mi4LP.

Schumacher driver Chris Grainger has dominated the first round at Mendip taking a fine TQ and 3 legged victory.

The rest of the team were also in fine form with 4 further drivers in the modified ‘A’ final, Colin Price 4th, Chris Kerswell 5th and Chris Ashton 7th.

In the Pro Stock class half the A final field were driving Mi4LP’s which is an amazing achievement considering the depth of the class! Lee Price made it a good weekend for the Price family bringing it home in 3rd with Dominic Carter 6th, Byron Humphries 7th, Ashley Wiffen 8th and Mark Hancock in 10th.
The team move on to the Schumacher BTCC next weekend at Cotswolds in preparation for the next national at the same venue.
