Latest race news from Traxxas:If there’s a Superman of snowmobiles, it’s Paul Thacker! Like the comic book Man of Steel, Paul is known for his ability to fly—he holds the record for the world’s longest snowmobile jump, an astounding 301 feet (see link below)! Traxxas is proud to support Paul as he takes his courage and skill to the Winter X-Games 14 in Aspen Colorado, happening now and airing on ESPN and ESPN2. Paul is competing in the Freestyle, Best Trick, and Knockout competitions aboard his Monster Energy Polaris 600IQ snowmobile. According to snowmobile freestyle insiders, all eyes will be on Paul as he debuts a new move for the Best Trick competition. Details? Paul’s not talking, but he did reveal that the trick will be something never before attempted, with a unique twist that Traxxas fans should love! In addition to the top-secret mid-air maneuver, WX14 will also debut the Knockout competition, which pits snowmobile riders against one another in a long-jump contest. The rider with the shortest jump gets knocked out of the competition, until one is left standing. The smart money’s on Paul—he’s got the World Record. Check the schedule below for airtimes, and watch Paul Thacker as he goes for X-Games gold!
