The best of the best gathered in Moab, UT to decide who should be crowned the 2007 champions of the 2.2 and Super classes. Moab is a famous destination for full-size rock crawling and proved to be a fitting location for the large event. RC rock crawling continues to grow in popularity, and attendance was high at the Nationals with 60 competitors in 2.2 and over 40 in Super. In the 2.2 Class, Austin Dunn won in dominating fashion, while Joey Floyd won Super with an unrivaled strong finish in the Finals. Both walked away with brand new HPI Wheely Kings and Axial AX-10s, and HPI unloaded a 1/5-scale gas-powered 5B on Super class winner Joey Floyd.
