The 1/10-scale TEN-T Truggy RTR packs all the innovation and performance of Losi’s groundbreaking 1/8-scale nitro platform into a 1/10-scale truggy. Built to take on any terrain or track, this fierce machine includes a ton of features in a compact, agile design, including a chassis with the engineering characteristics of the 8IGHT-T. And to give you intense acceleration and top speed, power from the Losi 3.4 performance small-block engine is routed through a 2-shoe clutch and a bulletproof 4-wheel drive system.
The TEN-T is equipped with a Losi first—the revolutionary Remote Onboard Starting System (R.O.S.S.). With the push of a button on the included Spektrum DX3S transmitter, you can instantaneously heat the glow plug and engage the electric starter. Getting to the action has never been so easy.
Of course, the Spektrum DX3S radio system does much more than start the engine. With genuine Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM technology built in, the TEN-T offers precise, connected control not found on other vehicles. And with integrated telemetry, the DX3S displays up-to-the-second information such as speed, temperature and receiver battery voltage right on its screen.
The TEN-T from Losi. From top to bottom it’s packed with innovation—and a whole lot of fun.

Very smart. As a nitro fan i am definetly going to buy one.The Ross Remote onboard starting system is the best i have seen. And yes its better than the E.Z Staart of traxxas. Some will say i am mad but i will buy it over a revo, not just for that but vor the remote and the advance technolegy the losi putted in to this truck.Great job Losi!!!!!

So the guy/girl above has already used the ROSS system? I checked this was something Losi just came out with for this vehicle on their website....So how exatcly, other than mass testing can you claim its better than traxxas ez start? But I will agree that it is quite innovative and you get the Losi quality. The revo was and is a technological leap in design....this is a skip up for convenience.....and before anyone starts the "you are a newbie traxxas Kid", B.S...I own the LST 2 1/8 and the 8ieght....

This vehicle might bring back the monster truck scene if you really think about it.

C'mon Guys!....Look Closely at the Engine and Starter System!, You can tell it is a Traxxas 3.3 Anodized in a Different Color with the Traxxas E-Z Start Modified to Work a Little Differently and that is All!, Wake-Up People!.

Wake up Anonymous! It's very different than the Traxxas EZ-Start because it starts with the push of a button on the DX3S. No glow driver or bulky starter wand to haul around. Just the transmitter which you already have in your hands.
Losi was showing this in Chicago at iHobby and they've made starting a nitro truggy to a whole new level of simplicity.

Ditto! This looks awesome. No more pull start, roto start, clunky staring wand thing, glow driver...any of that stuff. I guess you can toss the temp gauge, votl meter and radar gun since the DX3s's telemetry will handel that. I am for sure going to get one of these! Great job Losi! Now where is the buggy version?

Sportwerks which is owned by Horizon as well developed this technology a few years ago on there 1/10 gas rtr stadium truck...sorry you are all wrong this isn't new.
Sunday, November 01, 2009 9:08:18 AM by Anonymous
well, since the sportwerks line has been discontinued, everything gets thrown under the losi banner now. i just hope they re-worked the system because the sportwerks reaction was an epic fail in terms of maintenance - took us 2 hours to change a spur gear for someone at our store. total joke. we sent ours back as did pretty much every other shop in the area. hopefully, at a much higher price point, this will work out better.
forget the revo im gonna get one it looks beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks awesame.1.Its better than the EZ.Staart of traxxas i mean with the EZ Staart u have to go down to staart the truck or at the track u have to run and staart the truck when it stalls.Vor the Ten T u dont have to go down or run your self out of breath to staart the thing back up again.just press the butten! 2.The remote of the Ten T Shows u how fast u go,what the temp is and how the batterys are,so no warrys see the exact speed end dont warry about the engine! 3.The 3.4 is stronger than the trx 3.3 vor a small block class and can handel much more!Only one tank and u have broken in the engine!! 4.The body also looks very nice.Thx and a very nice job losi i will be getting one!!

even though it has the remote start you still have to tune the stupid thing!!ELECTRIC IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!
Thursday, November 12, 2009 7:57:41 PM by Anonymous
I do not understand how this will help "bring back" nitro just another MT.
Thursday, November 12, 2009 8:25:25 PM by traxxaskid22
very good point about tuning.now they will probly make a remote tuning thing on the remote.and does anyone want my tmaxx it has big bores, resanator, and aluminum bulkheads and only has 3 gallons threw it.

I now see more 1:10th scale 4WD vehicles being raced in the future! Very cool and I can't wait for it to happen...

The first thing I would do is rip the garbage electric start for weight reduction and switch over to a shaft start setup, bump box or even pull start. I like how they named their engine the "3.4" just to 1 up Traxxas and get the noobs to jump on board.
